Choose from a variety of fun, exciting and motivational classes, that will help strengthen and condition your whole body.

Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility – leaving you feeling refreshed and revived.

Total Body Workout:

A low-impact, fun and invigorating exercise class which combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work your whole body.

With a wide range of action-packed exercise routines and techniques that include aerobic conditioning, floor work, plus (optional) light hand-weights for added toning and resistance – you’re guaranteed a varied and FUN class that will hit all areas!

Core, Stretch & Flexibility:

A low-impact, mobility warm-up, including focussed core conditioning, balance work and flexibility training.

The focus is on body posture, alignment and technique. The stretch and flexibility section aims to improve movement/range of motion, aids relaxation and to help relieve stress - much needed for our physical health and wellbeing. 

20-20-20 Mix:

Cardio, Conditioning & Stretch:

A 60-minute, highly motivating and fun fitness class, consisting of three x 20 minute sectors: (1) warm-up and cardio blast; (2) total body conditioning; (3) stretch and flexibility cool-down.

The focus is on all over body fitness, conditioning, stretch, flexibility, alignment and technique - providing the much needed ‘feel-good’ factor for all !!!

Deep Stretch & Tranquility:

A relaxing mobility warm-up, including some simple core conditioning and balance work.

The focus is on body posture, alignment and technique and, targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and back.

The deep stretch section aims to improve muscle flexibility, align and balance the body, aids relaxation and, helps to relieve stress - thereby giving a huge boost to our physical health and wellbeing.

Friday: 09.30-10.30 20-20-20 Mix

Saturday: 10.30-11.30 Total Body Workout

In addition, ‘Pop-ups’, Corporate Events, Bespoke 1-2-1 classes are available ‘on request’, including Deep Stretch & Tranquility, Motivational Fitness and Fun-style Dance sessions.

FAQ’s:

Equipment, Fitness Levels and Access:

For all on-line classes, you will need free home space - with no obstructions, appropriate footwear, plenty of water to keep hydrated, a sweat towel and, an exercise mat (if you have one).

In the Total Body Workouts, optional light hand-weights (or similar alternatives), can be used, although not essential!

In the Stretch-based classes, you will need a flexibility/resistance band or alternative, such as a towel or similar, and a small cushion (for comfort). Footwear is totally optional, but bare feet being the suggested option. An exercise mat would be helpful.

Suitability and Access: All classes and structured workouts are suitable for every level of fitness, age, gender and ability.

On-line classes are delivered via Zoom and are very simple and easy to access.

Class recordings are also available on request.
